Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup finely chopped mango
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. red pepper
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/4 cup onion
Pita bread or flour tortillas
Combine the first four ingredients in a bowl. Add chicken, bell pepper and onion. Stir to combine. Fill pita bread pockets or flour tortillas and enjoy.
